You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information when registering and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Your Contributions

EveryYarn is a community-built encyclopedia. When you submit content to the catalog — including yarn and brand entries, suggested edits, pricing reports, colorways, and references ("Contributions") — you agree that:

- You grant Finarina LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, adapt, and redistribute your Contribution as part of the EveryYarn catalog.
- Your Contribution is factual catalog data or your own original writing, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Contributions are reviewed by moderators and may be edited, merged with existing records, or declined.
- Factual data (fiber content, weights, yardage, pricing) is not subject to copyright; the compilation and presentation of the EveryYarn catalog is the work of Finarina LLC and its community.

4. Community Notes and Conduct

Community Notes and other public content must be respectful, on-topic, and free of advertising, spam, or personal information about others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, and repeat abuse of the contribution system may result in a contribution ban.

5. Accuracy
-----------

The catalog is maintained on a best-effort basis by our team and community. Information — including prices and fiber content — may be out of date or incorrect, and is provided "as is" without warranty. Always verify details with the manufacturer before making purchasing decisions.

6. Intellectual Property
------------------------

Brand names, yarn names, and logos referenced in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. EveryYarn is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands it documents.

7. Changes
----------

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
